A slightly Creole and retro style like the title the painter gave to her artwork associated with the Gin degli Artisti “Yellow Edition” created to evoke the smells and flavours of fruit and exotic spices.

OLFACTORY NOTES

The smell of the essential oils released by the juniper berries does not overshadow the unmistakable aroma of ripe mango and allspice.

FLAVOUR NOTES

Fresh, fruity and spicy. The taste of tropical fruit explodes in all its richness and sweetness, a slight perception of spiciness is given by the allspice that also recalls cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg

USE IN MIXTURE

Direct at a temperature between 12 and 18 °C.

Soft

40 ml On the rocks with crystal ice and a wedge of mango and a pinch of Sichuan pepper.

Perfect combination

50 ml + 100 ml tonic water, essential oils of lemon peel, a dash of Campomilla by Anonima Distilleria Italiana.
