A rosolio that proudly expresses its Italian character. A fresh and natural flavour obtained from an exclusive recipe using Italian bergamots, mainly from Calabria and Liguria, two regions blessed with a microclimate that allows the cultivation of this precious citrus fruit. A recognisable and resolute character like that of every Italian, an irresistible and strong fragrance.

On the palate, the citrus side is predominant, followed by a sweetness imparted by the sugar and then a final note of acidity reminiscent of the characteristic bergamot flavour.

BERGALIA a rosolio to drink at any time, we recommend trying it chilled, with the addition of crystal ice or diluted with Mediterranean tonic. Mixed to make cocktails with a distinctive note.
