The nose is floral and herbaceous in character, lingering with a smoky note similar to the best distillates from the Scottish island of Islay.

An earthy mineral-citrus gin with a full, rounded character and a sweet finish, with a lingering smoky note from the processing of the raw material.

Cleaned at a temperature between 12 and 18 °C with a touch of muscovado sugar.
